The shipment of your package
Packages are generally dispatched within 2 days of receipt of payment and are shipped via GLS with tracking and drop-off with signature.
We will provide you with a link to track your package online.
Shipping costs include handling and packaging charges and postage.
The management costs are fixed, while the transport costs vary according to the total weight of the shipment.
We recommend that you group your items in one order. It is not possible for us to group two distinct orders placed separately, therefore the shipping costs will be charged for each of them.
Your package will be sent at your own risk, but special attention is paid to fragile items.
The boxes are adequately sized and your items are well protected.
If you need to return or exchange your order for any reason, we're here to help! We offer free returns or exchanges within 14 days of receiving your order. You can return the product in exchange for a voucher, a different product or a direct refund with the original payment method. We ask that you take note of the following exceptions to our return and exchange policy: Below are some examples of common exceptions.
- Discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged;
- Returned items must still have the label and must be returned in the original packaging;
- Returned items must not show visible signs of wear or use;
To initiate a return or exchange, complete the following steps: The steps must be clearly defined, with links to relevant pages, such as your online portal. Log in to our portal using your login credentials, enter your account page and go to your orders. From there you can request a total or partial return.

Download the form at the bottom of the page, print it, fill it in and send it to us by email at firstname.lastname@example.org, inserting as the subject of the email: 'Return + Order number'. If necessary, you can attach photos to the email. Once we have received the request, we will process it as quickly as possible, at the end of which you will receive an email communication on the outcome of your return request.
